Terms of Service

These Terms are a contract between you and Blitz Social LLC ("Blitz Social," "we"). They govern your use of the WeeGo! iOS app and weegotravel.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (which can be higher). If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has read these Terms with you.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised: security@weegotravel.com.

You may not impersonate another person or claim credentials (e.g. press, tourism board, brand) you don't have. Verified badges are issued only via /verify.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Blitz Social a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and adapt your content as needed to operate the Service (e.g. resizing photos, generating link previews, sending push notifications).

When you set content to Public, that license extends to the people who view it through the Service or via a shareable URL.

You confirm you have the rights to post what you post, and that doing so doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors.
• Impersonate someone, falsely claim verification, or misrepresent your affiliation with a hospitality, press, or tourism organization.
• Spam, scrape, mass-friend, or use the Service to operate automation that materially burdens our infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where applicable law prevents us from prohibiting it.
• Probe for vulnerabilities outside our security disclosure channel: security@weegotravel.com.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

We can remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features when we believe these Terms have been violated, or when we're required to by law. We may also act on user reports — and we run a small in-house review queue for reported content.

Reports go to reports@weegotravel.com or via the in-app report flow.

Verified badges are typed (Crew, Hospitality, Brand, Creator, Press, Tourism Board) and granted only after manual review. Badges can be revoked if the underlying credential lapses or if the holder violates these Terms. See /verify for the application process.

The Service is currently free during beta. If we add paid features, we'll surface the price and terms before you purchase. Apple's Standard EULA and App Store payment terms apply to in-app purchases on iOS.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. The clauses that should reasonably survive termination (ownership, license, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content posted by users is accurate.

Travel involves real-world risk. The Service is a planning tool — confirm bookings, addresses, and visa requirements with the operators of record before you travel.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLITZ SOCIAL LLC AND ITS AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to defend and indemnify Blitz Social against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois — except that either party may bring a small-claims action in their home jurisdiction.

We'll update these Terms when we change anything material. The "Last updated" date above is the canonical marker. Continuing to use the Service after we publish changes means you accept the new Terms.
